The Easiest Way to Boost Confidence FAST

We’ve all felt it. That moment when you know you should be saying something…in fact you’re even having a pretty eloquent monologue your head…but something stops you. Fear.

Fear is at the root of having a lack of confidence, and fear, will block our ability to grow and develop.

On my first day, on my first job at the radio station, I was doing the afternoon air shift. I didn’t feel like a radio disc jockey.  Actually, it wasn’t until after a couple of months of awkward moments, embarrassing dead air, jokes that flatlined, all that stuff, that I finally began to build the self-confidence necessary for my career. Even though I had gone to school for broadcasting, I still didn’t have the practical, experiential knowledge,  to boost my self-confidence.

At the time, I understood the power of creative belief, that’s how I got the job, but I had not used kinetic belief, to overcome my lack of self-confidence.

I can still remember those first days when my heart raced and my palms would sweat while queuing records, or opening the mic to do a weather forecast or to tell another lame joke. Something that kinetic believe has revealed since then, is that my successes in life will not make me confident, but confidence in myself will make me successful. On the very first day of that job, I remember driving to the radio station, my mind was filled with my dream of becoming a radio announcer so I was in a hurry to get to the station and even showed up early. but when I got into the studio and sat in the air chair for the first time, I became filled with so much doubt.  I hadn’t been on the air, done anything live before, so the challenges before me pushed me way outside of my comfort zone.

I felt like I was at the mercy of the radio gods, not knowing how I was going to pull this off. The only thing that got me through those first days and into a successful career in radio was remaining steadfast,  in my unwavering desire to be a radio announcer.

Now that experience of, lack of confidence, is not uncommon for a lot  of entrepreneurs, teachers, leaders and business owners, those same fears are shared by most of us at some point in time. But confidence is vital to attracting the life we want to live.

If we don’t believe in ourselves, the lack of confidence is the result of some underlying fear,  which stops the law of attraction from working in our lives. Not only are we trapped, by the substance of fear that has become us, but other people will also, not believe in us.

So let’s work on overcoming our subjective obstacles and begin rewilding ourselves to boldness and belief.

  1. Let’s work on overcoming our subjective obstacles and begin rewilding ourselves to boldness and belief to become confident in our unconditional love.

Go back to a particular moment in your childhood.

Perhaps a warm summer day.

There you are, thinking you can conquer the world.

All things are possible in your young, imaginative, storied mind.

On that summer day, all you need to fly is a cape.

You can be the greatest school teacher ever, just go get your little brother and give him some homework.

Anything is possible.

You have everything you’ll ever need.

Toys, sticks, boxes of sand and swings.

You can go to the moon and back while having a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

You probably conquered the world 1000 times as a child.

But then something happens.

Something happened between that summer day and when we became adults.

Our youthful— enthusiastic, adventures of dreams become crushed.

Our parents, our teachers, coaches, all of the influencers begin imposing their own, indoctrinating beliefs.

Our subjective realities begin to morph and change, they align with what we’re told that we can and can’t do in this life.

We literally become something other than what we’re supposed to be—through the grueling process of adopting the beliefs and standards of others. Every single human being is different.  The mistake, that can be undone at any moment, is when we begin to fashion ourselves after the observational likeness of others.

So here we are, we have all of these limits that have been crafted, just for us, but the good news is, we can change, by going back to our beginnings.   The process of re-wilding ourselves, to develop confidence, is one of restoration. We gain confidence by asking ourselves these questions and fearlessly answering them.

2. BEGIN BY ASKING YOURSELF: Who am I? Why am I here? What makes me different? What are my unique desires?

We go back to our original genius of purpose, the genius of individuality that we came into the natural with.

The creative explantation for our existence.

The honest answer begins to reveal who we are.

So we ask those questions and fearlessly answer.

And then, as kinetic believers, we begin pushing ourselves through whatever is making us uncomfortable.  No longer seeking validation from others— we begin reconstructing our thought forms.  What’s happening? We’re developing confidence in ourselves.  It’s amazing what we can attract into our lives, prosperity, perfected health, love, happiness and joy, when we have confidence in ourselves.

“Our subjective realities construct our lives according to our beliefs. “

Whatever we believe about ourselves, will either come for us or against us, according to whether or not what we believe, is positive or negative energetics.  As creative creators, we have the innate, inherent ability to not only blueprint the life really want to live, but at the same time, we have the ability to reconstruct the life we’ve already lived.

3. DEMYSTIFYING PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE FRAMING'

Our memory doesn’t recall information, facts of circumstances, exactly the way we originally experienced them.

What we do, is we extract the summary of an experience and store it in a way that agrees with our current subjective reality.  This is why two different people witnessing the same thing, will often have different versions of what happened. Our minds have a built in bias of confirmation.  In other words, our minds store information that’s consistent with our subjective beliefs, current values and present day, self image. This selective memory mechanism, prevents our brains from becoming overloaded with too much information.

So rather than cognitively considering multiple versions of a subjective experience, the initial experience will continue to evolve in our memories in alignment with our present day beliefs about ourselves. So we begin understanding this confidence thing, by recognizing that our memories don’t always provide us with accurate information. For example, maybe we didn’t have low self-esteem as an 18 year old, but somehow along the way we’ve developed low self-esteem.

What happens?  Our minds begin to reconstruct stored information to agree with our present day belief for low self esteem.  So we start remembering our 18 year old experiences negatively to confirm our present day, lack of confidence.  The result is, the changed memory is all we will be able to remember about specific events. But kinetic believers understand how to make this work for us.

We revisit the circumstances of past memories with the objective to re-create our perspectives for events according to our positive energy, alignments for living our best lives.

For example, if we’re blaming a parent for the bad things in our life, then we must also give that parent credit for the good things in our life. That’s the necessary balance of peace and love in perfected alignment. One of the most powerful tools available to us is that of our viewpoint for affirmations.

“When spoken aloud, words have the powerful effect of reconstructing our realities. “

4. Words are things.

By generating our thought forms into word forms, we become more aware, and in that sense, our intelligent abilities are heightened while improving our imaginations.  Kinetic believers increase the energetics of attraction, while creating more life, more prosperity, better health, the increase of athletic performance, more love.

Human beings actually think between 300 and 1,000 words to ourselves per minute.

By being aware of that inner conversation, we use the power of positive energetic, positive affirmations, in our self talk, as a way of building confidence in any situation.

By rewilding ourselves to overcome fears, we purposefully inject into the limbic brain system, the primal part of the brain that helps us deal with anxiety, positive energetics by affirming thoughts of unconditional love our ourselves, for others, for our thoughts, our bodies and for the purpose of our souls. Through the process of meditation—to always be positive, the affirmations within our spoken words and our self talk influences our neurobiological responses to life.

For example, when we say, “I know exactly what to do with this challenge.”  Rather than, “I can’t do it because it’s hard.”  We turn our subjective realities into a positive one. Past present and future. Back in the early days, human beings knew, for example, that whether you are a lion or a gazelle, when the sun comes up, you better be running. Our natural negative energetics, and the fears that come with, “eat or be eaten” always being present, that belief kept us safe from danger for thousands of years, but in 2020, not every new and different thing in the world is a threat to our survival.

The deep-rooted issue is this negativity source energetic that chips away at our confidence because we give our attention to the negative information of things like, “What’s wrong with me?  Why do I make so many mistakes?  Why am I not as good as others?  Why am I less than others?”  The translation of negative energy, is self-inflicted condemnation. So the purposeful kinetic believer indulges in positive thought affirmations.  It’s impossible to think a negative thought while speaking a positive one out loud.

Bad feelings and bad emotions shouldn’t be suppressed. Recognize them for what they are and choose to move on with positive affirmations.

The practice of living our best lives is not a dishonest one.  But we don’t enter into a dialogue about negative feelings and emotions because it strengthens those negative energetics to become us. The root of self-doubt is fear. The fear of not fitting in, the fear of what others might say.  A lack of confidence is the result of measuring ourselves, competitively, against the performances of others.

When we feel as though we are lacking self-confidence, that is a flag that simply tells us, for some reason, where this challenge is concerned, we have believed ourselves to be at the mercy of someone else. Remember this is an assumption. When we assume the victim role, we are no longer advancing beyond negative source energies, roadblocks and obstacles.

The energetics of the kinetic believer who says,  “I am not fearful because I’m confident and I will succeed wherever I am with whatever I have.”

Again, the spoken affirmation that manifests our best lives is, “I am not fearful because I’m confident and I will succeed wherever I am with whatever I have.”

Kinetic believers know that no one is stopping us from achieving what we want to accomplish.

In meditation, we can identify every area in our lives where we doubt ourselves and subjectively believe to remove those obstacles.

It’s when we feel in control that we’re not afraid.

When we have a level of wisdom for confidence, the peace we have removes fears.

When we don’t feel in control, our conscious thoughts become scrambled and we cannot think clearly because our emotions take over.

This is why a lack of confidence will often seem random and irrational. It’s because our emotions are in control.

The key to confidence is diligent work at becoming the best version of ourselves.

By doing so, we develop strong beliefs in ourselves.

Nobody else can do this for us.  Nobody else will do it for us.  It’s not within the realm of their proper dominion or authority.

Fearless confidence with belief in our purpose advances us to enjoy our best lives.

Zig Ziglar said …”Confidence is going after Moby Dick in a rowboat and taking tartar sauce with you.”

Let’s say these highest viewpoints out loud together - as we just learned, the spoken word is going to be how we control our inner dialogue and thus…our confidence.

I know how to attract the wisdom - to make decisions for myself.  And because there my decisions, they’re the best decisions.

I have all that I need to make today a great day.

I am, and always will be, enough.

I acknowledge my own self-worth – my confidence is rising.

I cast down any negative feelings about myself or my life, and accept all things, working together for my best life.

I always attract only the best of circumstances and I have the best positive people in my life.

I am courageous. I am willing to kinetically believe to act and face what used to be - my fears.

Steven Canyon, founder of Law of Kinetic Belief, ReWilding and best selling author of, Law of Attraction, the 100 Day Guided Journal, has led tens of thousands around the world into the awakened journey of ReWilding for reclaiming their intimate purpose of genius.

Steven developed Kinetic Belief as a subset theory to the God Particle by using observations from the quantum field particle collisions at CERN to provide a better understanding of how the Law of Attraction allows us to reconstruct our life experiences through the substance of belief.

In addition to making contributions to the field of theoretical thought disciplines, Steven began demonstrating Kinetic Belief abilities as a pianist at the age of 5. Without reading or writing music, through the power of Kinetic Belief, Steven began seeing colors from music and seeing music in things, a condition called synesthesia, where everything became musical to him. Thoughts, vistas, all of nature became musical. Since then, as a recording artist, he has used his abilities to perform an original symphony with orchestra.

While using the power of Kinetic Belief, Steven has also attracted to form 14 companies, co-invented patented cryogenic technology, created a syndicated network of 25 radio stations and is the founder of a Native American relief organization, which has distributed over 5,000 tons of food and gifts for children and their families.

Steven has been teaching for 30 years, both live and televised, to audiences all over the world.  Known internationally for his ethereal music, ReWilding workshops and retreats, Steven has awakened others, from every walk of life, to the unique, beautiful, creative creator that already exists within each one of us.
