I want to talk to you for just a moment about setting your moment. There is one condition that kinetic believers learn to adhere to in order to attract things into their lives. And that is what I call the condition of awakening, the condition of awakening each morning, each day on purpose, a purposeful way of beginning of the day. And the condition of awakening is for the purpose of beginning the infilling of the ego sense of being with the correct attitude for gratitude to go through your day. And so we begin inflating our expectations for the day. As soon as I wake up, as soon as you awaken, stir or redirect your initial thoughts toward that infilling of gratitude. That's going to be a requirement for you to go through the day successfully attracting whatever it is you want to attract. And it's the essence of your original state of being that we want in flowing into our ego's sense of being, overtaking the, for example, thoughts of identifying with what you have to do, even though you're not willing to do it, but you're going to have to anyway. You'd rather not.

 

Or picking up where you left off yesterday with some antics that are fearful, that are coming from the condemnations or constructs of other people, condemnation from something, fear of the news, fear of what might happen with COVID or anything else, that's trying to come in and to rule your day through the ego's thoughts that you're identifying with. So ultimately, it is up to you. It's up to me to determine what our state of being is going to be for the day. And this is where we begin inflating our expectations for the day with our first moments of awareness before we get out of the bed. The essence of our original state of being is that none of these things that I'm talking about exists there. They're all constructs of the ego, inviting you to conform with them, inviting you to direct your mind toward identifying with those things that are not part of the original you.

 

And this is the process of an immersion though, into the essence of unconditional love, which already is, that exists outside of those mental constructs of noise and fear, doubt, anxiety, worry, stress, all those things that if you identify with them, create even the physiological response of sickness and disease and anxiousness and all those other things. And remember that the substance of belief, whatever we are adhering to and relying on is our truth. That is what is constructing the life that we were experiencing. So we're setting up our moment, the present moment. We don't have to worry with setting up what we anticipate to experience later in the day or tomorrow, or even trying to fix yesterday. What we all always have is the moment that we're in and we could call this our space.

 

So we're setting our space, which we're going to take through with us throughout the day. Setting up this moment, the space that we're occupying right now in the present moment, and we're doing it with the essence of unconditional love, which is located in our higher sense of being. The thing that we come into the natural with before we ever conformed to the thoughts of and identify with anything that's less then that. So organize the space that you're occupying with essence of unconditional love, love for your creator. The bias that created you, that had first imagined you and unconditionally love in agreement who you are by not wishing you were someone else, but not wishing you are with someone else, or you had a different career or any of those things. Those are outside of your source. Those are outside of this moment. Those things are outside of present moment.

 

We were not those things when we came into the natural and you will not be those things when we leave the natural. You came in, in the moment, and we will leave in the moment and you are in the moment. And we have control over the moment with the thing that we will imagine about the moment. And so unconditionally love who you are in the moment, not as you were yesterday, not as you imagined to be later, but who you are in this moment. Who we are within is made perfect in the image of the one that created you. So you love the ability that's within you, whether you're using it or not.

 

By loving it, however, you're acknowledging that ability and edifying and encouraging and celebrating and championing that ability that is already within you. And you love the creative creator within you. This is the oneness with the universe. This is the oneness with God. This is oneness with you. This is oneness with all that is. And within that essence of that love, you locate in this moment, again, your unique human being that you were created to represent and love your differences.

 

And that's the beginning of casting down all condemnation, casting down things that don't belong to you because it's when we accept that we should be like someone else that condemnation comes in. And with it, the weight and the gravity of not somehow fitting in begins to take its toll. Why am I not good enough? Why don't I win? Why am I not rich? Why don't I have this better spouse? Why are things not working out for me? Well, in that sense, when those whose ideas and thoughts and concepts come in and you begin to identify with those thought forms, which are nothing more than then what can be. And if you hold onto those ideas, they do manifest by the way.

 

This is important. Look, you can know that something or someone is going to attempt to move you away from your moment of unconditional love for yourself today, it's going to happen. And I'm saying this not so that you will put the expectation of a belief on it, but simply the awareness that this is going to happen. And so that you can temporarily in your moment prepare for that. So you're not surprised and moved out of a love walk that you're determining to experience as you go throughout this day. So you can be prepared for that and not being prepared is why most people are so easily moved out of the essence of who their higher being and persuaded to follow after the path of least resistance by caving in and quitting and giving in to the condemnation or to the judgments of something or someone else. But by preparing yourself in this way, you can absolutely protect your love walk. This moment right now is your space.

 

And you're going to carry it with you throughout this day. You'll carry this moment, your space into tomorrow. So we can always, you can always work to fashion this space, exactly like you imagine it to be. This is where you have authority. And you've got dominion to be able to call things into this moment by first subjectively believing in alignment with the best thoughts of your creator and not allowing your determined subjectiveness to be altered by the objective opinion of the masses or the subjective opinion of someone else that's trying to reconform you to their thoughts and their expectations, and then appreciate the ability that's within you rather than wish it was someone else's ability.

 

And if there's a practice that you would like to work on a skill, for example. I play the piano. Megan plays the violin, and it brings so much enjoyment to us, or maybe it's... Whatever it might be, work on this skill and work on it in a way that it represents the best quality of yourself and your own enjoyment. It's not about how good you are. It's just enjoying the experience of playing the piano or playing a violin or knitting, reading a book, going to a book club, and talking about something you've read with others. Appreciate that unique human being that you were created to represent in this moment in your space and love your differences. Celebrate the differences with others.

 

Champion differences, acknowledge them. Anxiety is a symptom that fear has entered into your moment and your space that it's been permitted. You've turned your attention away from the oneness that you are toward that other thing and anxiety has entered in. And that is nothing more than misplaced belief. Now, why is this an important distinction? It's because whatever it is that you might fear, that is an essence of what you now believe. And the reason I use the word essence is because essence is truly what it is. There's a substance. It's real, it's tangible. You might not be able to see it, but if you hold onto that, some form will eventually manifest itself into your life. That's why it's essence. The essence of fear, the essence of belief, that essence of love, the essence of joy and happiness, all of those have an essence.

 

The essence of what you now believe in this space—in the moment that you're occupying, what you're now believing, will in some way come either for you or come against you. This is a very real phenomenon. Actually, it's one that Marcus Aurelius wrote about in the first century, in his book, Meditations. The space you're occupying, the moment is really all there is. And that you can control. That you can find your...as some say, your zen in this moment. So remain faithful today and unwavering to your articles of belief, the convictions of your purposes, that you've been journaling and constructing, remain faithful to those in your moments. That's all you have to work with is your one and only moment, this space.

 

Think about it this way. The opposite of anxiety, fear, anxiety, doubt, worry, the opposite of that is peace, which has substance. And because peace has a substance, that’s something that, you can put pressure on so that you can remain in the essence of peace in your present moment, in the space that you're now occupying. If you are at any time, locating a tinge of anxiety, you know what it feels like. I don't have to tell you that, but if it's there, you're anxious about something within your being, recognize that you are, for some reason outside of peace. And by doing this, you can go to your space by not identifying with thoughts of tomorrow or in the future, or thoughts in the past, or thoughts of them or those or anything that's trying to construct ideas and thought forms away from this moment. By meditating to not identify with those things, come into the present moment, your place, this space, and find your peace. Reconstruct because it's for this reason that you are not balanced in your purpose, that essence of your higher being. And fear has entered in.

 

And so when you can remain in the kinetic belief of your choice, which is what you're adhering to and relying on, on purpose. When you can stay in that place in this space in this moment, you can then go through life on this earth, regardless of any outward conditions, making all of your decisions with authority, because your inner genius is going to guide you in the most intimate details of life. Say this out loud, say I breathe in peace. I breathe in prosperity. Ideas that relax me. I breathe out anxiety. I'm capturing my thoughts into the obedience of my higher being, my inner self. With thoughts of gratitude. I am one with the creator of all, and I can manifest the solution for any problem in my space, in this moment. I am free of anxiety and I'm living a calm life.

 

My mind is free from negative thoughts and it's filled with positive ones. I am in charge of my thoughts. Not you, not them, not those. I'm in charge of my mind and body. Right now within me is the power to attract the wisdom, to attract the substance of my greatest beliefs. I am raising my vibration with positive energy. It's flowing into my body. It's flowing out for others to see. I am free of every negative worry. I am manifesting everything I need for a happy, joyous life. I am safe. My family is well. I am in control of my space. My thoughts are aligned with my words and my words are aligned with my actions. The feelings of panic are stranger to me. Sending out much love and light to all you KB creatives around the world.
